All orders are shipped via postal service. If the purchased product is ready-made, it will be shipped within 2 days. For custom-made items, please allow 7 to 20 days for production before shipping. We offer shipping to 190 countries worldwide.

Returns:
Returns are accepted only for ready-made products and must be in their original, unused condition. Unfortunately, custom-made products are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us at clo.oktavian@gmail.com.

Lifetime Warranty:
We stand by the quality of our products and offer a lifetime warranty for any damage that occurs during normal use. If your item gets damaged while being used as intended, we will repair it.
